- Delivered Impact Reports for all workshops delivered to highlight learner feedback, poll data, and prove stakeholder value and return on investment in people programs.
- Partnered with 6 new clients, including 3 global companies, to deliver 12 career, talent, and leadership development workshops on topics including:

- Launched and issued the first The Knock Method® digital badge via Openbadges.me to Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Office of Human Resources (OHR) learners in my Outreach for Success workshop, demonstrating their skill proficiency or mastery in the professional skills economy they can carry with them throughout their careers.
- Published the “Uncovered” Chapter of my career development bestselling book, KNOCK, via digital download on career relationships and resilience.
- Debuted The Bridge Pitch: Human-Centered Personal and Team Brand workshop at Wellness á la Carte in Chicago in partnership with Sarah Alysse Bobo, founder of Live Well Enhance You.
