Rebecca Leder is a relationship-based career coach, learning & development curriculum designer, trainer, bestselling author of KNOCK and founder of the career and leadership development firm, Opportunities Knock. Her 5-step framework for building high quality career relationships, The Knock Method®, has been featured by FastCompany, Inc. Magazine, PBS, NPR and over 12 career, business, and women’s leadership podcasts. Rebecca was a senior manager at Salesforce, where she brought more than one hundred employees together from two distinct internal teams by uncovering and combining their unique strengths to create a training app (ahem- In-App Guidance!) that has helped thousands of customers. She has brought out-of-the-box marketing and community-building strategy rooted in connection to more than fifty brands over career, across industries such as financial services, media, hospitality, higher education, nonprofit, startup, healthcare, and tech. Rebecca has coached and delivered her training programs to over 1,500 students and leaders in partnership with Amazon, Aon, Brink’s Inc., Salesforce, Pendo, DePaul, Loyola, UT Austin, UW Madison, MIT Sloan, Brandeis, Suffolk, Startup Institute Chicago, BlogHer, JewishColorado, and Year Up. Rebecca is an adoptive Mom to 10 month old Mila, and lives in Colorado with her husband, and their fluffy pup, Chef, where they like to soak up nature, and make family memories. She loves nothing more than bringing new people together around a big dining table for a dinner party and inspiring conversation. With a degree in Communications Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, Kim Holliday has been working in the communications and copywriting field since 2010. With agency, corporate, and non-profit experience, she’s had the
opportunity to work in a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Real Estate, Insurance, Healthcare, and Zoos and Aquariums.
Kim’s areas of expertise include copywriting and editing, content strategy, public relations, and strategic communications. She loves creating connections through storytelling and crafting narratives to inform, persuade, and engage. As a word nerd, you can often find her researching word origins, debating grammar, and reading as much as possible. Outside of work, Kim loves skiing, hiking, binging Netflix, and spending time with her family.
Tiara Sawyer, Content Marketing & Learning Design Specialist
With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a specialized focus on Intelligent Technologies and eLearning from Columbia University, Tiara‘s passion lies in crafting meaningful learning experiences.
Drawing inspiration from cognitive science research, adult learning theories, and instructional design principles, Tiara designs learning experiences that are as effective as they are engaging. Her expertise thrives at the intersection of technology, education, and cognition, where she has crafted a diverse range of learning materials including eLearning workforce training modules, online educational games, and blended learning curricula within higher education.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, watching basketball, and most of all spending time with friends and family!
