Wow! What a year 2022 has been for my career, talent, and leadership development training company, Opportunities Knock! The impact of The Knock Method has grown to new students, leaders, entrepreneurs and teams across 6 industries, including healthcare and biotech, technology, higher education, and nonprofit!
I partnered with a client on my largest group book purchase of KNOCK alongside a workshop to date!
I designed and delivered my first online course in partnership with Maven: Fast-Track Your Meaningful Career Change (join the waitlist)!
I continued my own learning and development, upskilling myself in learning design through a graduate certificate program through the Harvard Extension School to bring new and improved, best-in-class learning and training experiences to individuals, teams, and organizations looking to build meaningful careers through heightened levels of internal collaboration, savvy job search communications skills, networking strategies that ensure mutual value and ultimately, realize a greater impact when high quality connections are cultivated.
And, I launched this new website focused on IMPACT (Building Meaningful Careers), an umbrella for the career, talent, and leadership development learning programs I deliver through Opportunities Knock, including The Knock Method interactive professional workshops for various outcomes and goals:
- developing job search skills
- onboarding program enhancements
- leadership development for new and emerging managers
- achieving heightened levels of internal collaboration even in a virtual working world
- building deeper, high quality career relationships for greater impact in our lives, communities, economy, and our world.
This year culminated in 2 amazing highlights:
- I was invited to reach The Knock Method workshop at the Relational Coordination Collaborative (RCC) Roundtable in Boston, co-hosted by Brandeis, MIT Sloan, and Suffolk University Sawyer School of Business! Check out my recap on Linkedin!
- My husband and I welcomed our daughter in early September and between the snuggles, bottles, and naps, I’ve learned how to maximize my productivity in 30-minute nap spurts (including this blog post)! *Please excuse typos and brevity!
